Garment Care
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your piece, we recommend the following care:
Knitwear
Hand wash in lukewarm water using a mild detergent.
Do not bleach or tumble dry.
Line dry in the shade to maintain colour and shape.
Reshape gently while damp.
Do not soak.
Wash dark colours separately.
Warm iron if required.
Dry clean when necessary.
Rompers
Gentle hand wash or cold gentle machine wash.
Line dry in the shade and reshape while damp.
Bows
Hand wash only.
Reshape gently and lay flat to dry.
Booties
Gentle hand wash.
Lay flat to dry and reshape if needed.
Blankets
Wash separately before first use.
Cold gentle machine wash with like colours.
Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry in the shade without delay.
Gently reshape while damp if required.
Do not bleach, wring, or soak.
Please note: tumble drying may cause slight shrinkage.

Shipping to America - Tariffs
🇺🇸 Shipping to America – U.S. Tariffs
Under the new U.S. tariff rules (effective 29 August 2025), import duties now apply to Australian parcels entering the United States.
We ship all U.S. orders Duty Paid Parcel (DPP) with Australia Post — meaning all duty and taxes are calculated upfront and included before dispatch. There are no surprise fees upon delivery.
⚠️ We have currently limited U.S. orders to $150 AUD, $200 AUD and $250 AUD so we can calculate tariff fees more accurately. Please see examples showing tariff fees:

Product price: $150.00 AUD
Import tariff / duty: $41.00 AUD
International shipping: $30.00 AUD
Total extra fees (tariff + shipping): $71.00 AUD
Total delivered price: $221.00 AUD

Tariff Adjustment Policy
• Once we receive the official tariff invoice, we will email you ..........
If the final tariff amount is significantly less than $41 AUD — for example, due to a lower order value (such as a romper-only purchase) — we will revise the charge.
• We will automatically refund the difference back to your original payment method.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Delivery Time
We send all U.S. parcels with Australia Post.
Standard delivery time is approximately 6–27 days depending on location and customs processing.
