Choosing a gift before baby's arrival is exciting, but sometimes the baby's gender is still a surprise.

At Thea With Love, we've made gifting a little easier.

If you're unsure whether baby is a boy or a girl, simply purchase both a Baby Boy Gift Box and a Baby Girl Gift Box in the same order. Once baby's gender is known, you can return the unopened gift box you don't need, subject to the conditions below.

There is no handling fee for approved returns under this offer.

Eligibility

To qualify:

• Purchase one Baby Boy Gift Box and one Baby Girl Gift Box of your choice in the same order.
• Every gift box includes a complimentary gift card with the "With Love From" section left blank, so you can personally add your own name or message before gifting.
• Each gift box is packed inside its own Protective Outer Carton, clearly identifying whether it contains a Baby Boy Gift Box or Baby Girl Gift Box.
• The two Protective Outer Cartons may be securely taped together for shipping. You may carefully separate them by cutting the tape.
• The gift box being returned must remain unopened inside its original Protective Outer Carton.
• The Protective Outer Carton must not be crushed, damaged, written on or otherwise altered after delivery.
• Your return request must be made within 14 days of baby's birth, or within 14 days of learning baby's gender before birth, and no later than 90 days after the original delivery date.
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the unopened Protective Outer Carton, we'll refund the purchase price of the returned Baby Boy or Baby Girl Gift Box to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable, as the shipping service has already been provided.

How to Return Your Gift Box

Before sending your return, please email us for approval.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• Whether you're returning the Baby Boy Gift Box or Baby Girl Gift Box

Once approved:

• Carefully separate the two Protective Outer Cartons if required.
• Return the unopened Protective Outer Carton exactly as received.
• Remove or completely cover the original shipping label before attaching your return label.

This Offer Doesn't Apply If

This offer cannot be used if:

• The Protective Outer Carton has been opened.
• The carton has been damaged, crushed, written on or altered after delivery.
• The complete unopened gift box is not returned.
• The return request is made outside the stated timeframes.
• A Baby Boy Gift Box and Baby Girl Gift Box were not purchased together in the same order.
• We reasonably believe the offer is being misused.
