Discount codes can cripple a business.

We don't offer 10% discount codes for email subscription for first time orders. We may offer discount codes codes during sales and promotions.

We are a small family business and even though a 10% discount for the first order can seem like a small amount, it does add up with multiple orders. Sometimes we find a small amount of customers using multiple emails, so they can use codes multiple times. This can also cripple us.
