Jan has always been moved by the beauty of the wildflowers, animals and birds that reside in the Perth hills where she and her children lived.

Every Thea With Love design begins with a hand drawn sketch inspired by this beauty. The sketch is then placed into Photoshop where the magic continues.

After layer, upon layer in Photoshop and endless hours of painting, airbrushing, revising and enriching, each animal and flower comes to life.

They are then used as elements in Illustrator to create the patterns you see on your little one’s swaddles, garments and prints.
