Jan here, creative director and Mum in the mother-daughter trio that makes up Thea With Love. When I was a child I loved studying picture books and was fascinated by the colours and detail in every illustration. I always encouraged my own kids to read and take notice of the pictures and words. Growing my family up in the Perth hills with an abundance of native wildlife and flowers, I noticed that they were also intrigued by pictures and stories that reflected the environment around them. This intrigue and love of Aussie wild flowers and animals translated to when they had their own babies and my daughters wanted clothes and baby products that could teach their children about the environment around them....
